A case of fraud has been reported with the Bagsewania police in the name of installing lift, the accused has cheated a youth of about Rs 4 lakh. It is being told that the accused had transacted money through cheque. After receiving the money, the accused stopped picking up the victims phone. The youth has registered the information about this incident in the police station. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 420, 406 and started action. Police have started searching for the young man. According to Bagsewania police, Govind Singh Tejpal is building a house in Emerald City. He had to get a lift installed in his duplex. They were collecting information for this for many days. Some time ago, he came to know from an acquaintance that the accused Satyasheel Balkhede works as a lift installer. He called Satyasheel and invited him to the house. The accused did a complete inspection of the house. After thorough inspection of the house, the accused demanded Rs 5. 20 lakh from Govind Singh. Govind Singh had paid half of Rs 3.52 lakhto the accused through cheque. After a few days, the accused brought the items used in the lift home. It is being said that the goods which Satyasheel had brought were of very poor quality. Govind Singh was refused permission to install them. The accused said that he will start working again when good quality goods arrive. When Govind Singh asked for the receipt of his payment, the accused refused to give it and he went back. The accused kept making excuses for the goods not arriving for several months and kept postponing the work. After a few days, the accused also stopped answering the victims calls.
