State BJP President and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi today reacted strongly to the ACBs action in the liquor scam. He said that we have been saying from the beginning that there has been a liquor scam in Jharkhand. We had written a letter to the government about this scam which is coming to light today on 19 April 2022 itself and told it before the scam what was going to happen. We had already told before the Chhattisgarh liquor scam that which people would be used in connivance with the mafia of Chhattisgarh. Marandi said that but the government not only ignored my words but also happily committed the scam and let the scam happen. He said that today action is being taken in Chhattisgarh in the same case. The matter has reached ED and CBI. So how can anyone trust the investigation and action being taken by the ACB here? It seems that due to the fear of the ongoing CBI investigation in Chhattisgarh, some people are being made scapegoats to save the big fish. He asked the Chief Minister, if he really wants to expose the truth of the liquor scam and he has courage, then he should order a CBI investigation into this matter.
