ndore Sadar Bazar police have registered a case against Mumbai-based qawwal Naushad Ali, also known as Aman, on charges of raping, defrauding, and pressuring a woman to convert to Islam for marriage. Following intervention by Bajrang Dal activists, the victim, initially hesitant to come forward, filed an FIR with the support of Hindu organizations. The police have registered a case under relevant sections of the law and are continuing their investigation.
