Mandsaur, Neemuch to adopt e-office system

  • | Tuesday | 10th June, 2025

In a significant move towards enhancing governance and transparency, Ms. Nirmala Bhuria, the Minister of Women and Child Development, has begun conducting official work related to her designated districts, Mandsaur and Neemuch, through the E-Office system. This step comes in addition to her regular ministerial responsibilities at the state level. Minister Bhuria has directed that official files from Mandsaur and Neemuch be transmitted to her through the E-Office platform, ensuring faster, more efficient communication and file management. To facilitate this, a separate official ID has been created for the Minister-in-Charge, making Mandsaur and Neemuch the first districts in the state capable of directly sending e-files to their respective Minister-in-Charge. This initiative, according to Ms. Bhuria, is designed to promote greater transparency and promptness in handling official matters, while also improving the implementation of government welfare schemes. By adopting digital methods, she believes that the state government can further streamline administrative processes, resulting in better inter-departmental coordination and faster delivery of services to the public. Ms. Bhuria further emphasized the Madhya Pradesh governments commitment to digitizing all administrative procedures to increase the pace of development and public welfare. "Through digitization, we can accelerate the pace of our efforts in public service delivery, ensuring good governance and making government work more effective and accessible for citizens," she said. This step towards fully implementing the E-Office system marks a major milestone in Madhya Pradeshs ongoing efforts to modernize its governance and enhance efficiency in public administration.
