Chief Minister to participate in Kol Tribal convention

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend the Kol Tribal Convention on the occasion of the death anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda in Beohari, Shahdol district. During the event, the Chief Minister will inaugurate 55 development works worth over Rs. 80 crore and lay the foundation stones for 52 new projects worth more than Rs. 250 crore. Dr. Yadav will also distribute benefits to beneficiaries of various welfare schemes. The event reflects the state governments commitment to inclusive development and upliftment of tribal communities. The Chief Minister will inaugurate 6 works by the Public Works Department (Rs.31.45 crore), 33 works by the Public Health Engineering Department (Rs. 22.64 crore), 1 project by the Madhya Pradesh Police Housing Corporation (Rs. 10 crore), 10 works by the MP Rural Road Development Authority (Rs. 6 crore), 1 bridge project by the Public Works Department (Bridges) (Rs. 4.75 crore), 1 project by the Tribal Affairs Department (Rs. 2.75 crore) and 3 works by the Public Health & Medical Education Department (Rs. 1.47 crore). Foundation stones Poojanwill be laid with Bhoomi-Poojan for 15 works by the Public Works Department (Rs. 121.92 crore), 5 works by the MP Building Development Corporation (Rs. 94.49 crore), 8 projects by the Rural Road Development Authority (Rs. 9.17 crore), 6 additional works by the Public Works Department (Rs. 7.69 crore), 16 works under the Rural Engineering Service (Rs. 7.06 crore), 1 bridge project by the PWD (Bridges) (Rs. 3.29 crore) and 1 project by the MP Housing Board Corporation (Rs. 0.47 crore). Dr. Yadav will also distribute scheme benefits to eligible citizens under departments including State Rural Livelihood Mission, Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development, Women and Child Development, School Education, Horticulture and Health Department.
