On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Bhopal Zone Zonal In-Charge Ashok Juneja emphasized the importance of yoga, stating, Yoga helps in achieving a disease-free life. Through todays yoga sessions conducted across various branches, the Sant Nirankari Mission has conveyed a message of holistic well-being to society. Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that fosters spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional balance. Regular yoga practice can lead to a stress-free life. The purpose of such health-oriented programs by the Mission is to encourage people to focus on their well-being amidst the fast-paced life and strive for a healthier and better life. In Bhopal, a collective yoga session was conducted in the presence of Zonal In-Charge Mahatma Ashok Juneja and Regional Director Mahatma Akhilesh Yadav. Similarly, at the Bairagarh branch, the yoga session was organized under the guidance of Branch Coordinator Mahesh Vidhani and Director Ashok Nathani. Yoga Day was celebrated in nearly 20 branches across the Bhopal Zone, including Nasrullaganj, Itarsi, and Betul. The sessions were attended by branch coordinators, directors, Seva Dal officials, members of the Seva Dal, and devotees. Under the guidance of trained yoga instructors, participants engaged in various yoga activities. Across all branches of the zone, participants collectively practiced a variety of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques. These included asanas performed in sitting, supine, prone, and standing positions, fostering physical flexibility, mental peace, and spiritual awareness among the participants. It is noteworthy that on the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Sant Nirankari Mission organized a grand celebration at over 1,000 locations across India on Saturday. The event was conducted at various branch centers of the Mission in open grounds and parks under the guidance of local yoga instructors. Devotees, Seva Dal volunteers, and local citizens participated in the sessions with great enthusiasm.
