Cong holds poll preparatory meet for Ganjam

  : An election preparatory meeting was held with the leaders of all Assemblies under the Brahmapur Lok Sabha constituency on Sunday afternoon at the Ganjam District Congress Office. Ganjam District Congress Committee (East) president Deepak Patnaik, Mohana MLA Dasharthi Gamang, Berhampur Lok Sabha candidate Rashmi Ranjan Patnayak, Parlakhemundi candidate Bijay Patnaik, secretary Sarada Swain, Chikiti MLA candidate Rabi Dayan Samanatray, Chhatrapur nominee Bhagirathi Behera, Dagiphandi nominee Sridhar Deo, Brundaban Khatei, Berhampur Town president Atulya Padhi, Women president Banja Panda, Youth president Vikas Nayak, Media Cell chairman Tatsat Subudhi, Bhaskar Bangari and PCC general secretary Niranjan Panigarahi were on the dais.   The Lok Sabha and Assembly candidates met with all the leaders and workers of the party and gave a mantra in the meeting on how to organize the upcoming elections and form the Government in the country and the State and win all the Assembly and Lok Sabha seats in Ganjam district.   AICC secretary and Odisha in-charge Vikas Budenia and general secretary Pradeep Mohapatra, who participated in the programme, said that the BJP Government has been repeatedly telling lies and stories to the countrymen for 10 years and has increased the prices of everything. It is also selling the wealth of the country, he alleged. He appealed the people to bring Congress to power in 2024. All the NAC and block presidents including former Mahanagar president Sujay Acharya, district general secretary Maheshwar Patra, Amir Khan, Atish Dalai, Naresh Ghadei, Siddharth Dalai, Mahesh Gaud, senior leaders Padma Sahu, Buchi Babu, Mahanagar Youth president Sidhant Sahu among others were present.
