ABDOs body recovered from rly tracks

  The Government Railway Police (GRP) recovered the dead body of Harichandpur ABDO Bidhubhsan Jena (50) from the railway tracks near the Harichandanpur railway station in Keonjhar district on Monday morning,    Local residents had reported to the police about the mutilated body lying on the train line. Though the exact cause of death was yet to be ascertained, locals suspected that someone killed the ABDO and dumped the body on the railway tracks. A Harichandpur police team arrived at the spot and informed the GRP, who reached there and seized the body in presence of the local Tehsildar and started an investigation. However, when the mobile and sandals were found near the body, after the police examined them, it was found to be the ABDO of Harichandanpur block, sources said. Harichandanpur police station IIC Prafulla Barla said, The body has severe injury marks on the head and other parts. As the body was found on the railway tracks, we informed the matter to the GRP for probe   The body was recovered and sent to the Anandpur Sub Divisional Headquarter Hospital for postmortem. No complaint from any one so far received. After post-mortem and inquiry the exact cause of death could be clear, said GRP official Sushant Kumar Sethy. According to the preliminary investigation of police, the ABDO had boarded the Visakhapatnam-Tata Express at around 1.25 am on Sunday to go to Keonjhar. However, the discovery of his body on the railway tracks, just a short distance from the station, has shocked everyone.
