But it seems that the civic body of Panchkula is shying away from its responsibility to take some steps to check the growing dog menace. Kumar Gupt, Panchkula Parking woes It has been observed that people park their vehicles in a haphazard manner, especially in front of shops. They think with this, they will move quickly after finishing their work. But in the meantime, the vehicles already parked get stuck. In this case, it becomes tough to take out the vehicle.
