Patiala, August 16Patiala Member of Parliament Preneet Kaur hoisted the national flag at Quila Chowk. Er Baldev Singh Sran, CMD, PSPCL, unfurled the Tricolour at the PSPCL headquarters. Sran said the real tribute to freedom fighters would be to perform our duties honestly. Punjabi University’s Vice-Chancellor Prof BS Ghuman unfurled the national flag on the varsity campus. He said increasing unemployment and dipping development were the biggest problems that India has been facing at the moment.
