Second seed Dalwinder Singh of Punjab registered a 6-4 7-6(6) win over state-mate Deepender Singh Bains in the pre-quarterfinals, while third seed Jatin Dahiya of Delhi overcame Haryana’s Abhishek Gaur 6-3 4-6 7-6(5). Fourth seed Suraj Prabodh of Karnataka downed Ayyooque Khan Ahmed, also from Haryana, to move into the last-eight. Fifth seed Faisal Qamar of Rajasthan defeated Irfan Husain of Tamil Nadu 7-6(3) 6-3 and Punjab’s Hardeep Singh Sandhu beat Teertha Shashank Macherha of Telangana 7-5 7-6(1) in the pre-quarterfinals. The top seed pair of Atharva Sharma and Armaan Bhatia registered a 6-3 7-5 win over Naesar Jewoor and Ribhav Ravikiran, while the third seeds Dalwinder Singh and Jatin Dahiya humbled Kelvin Golmei and Digvijay Singh Mehta 6-3 7-6(6). Hardeep Sandhu and Megh Patel edged out Delhi pair of Rhythm Malhotra and Shubham Malhotra 6-4 6-4 in the pre-quarters.
