Play highlights Bapu’s philosophy

Chandigarh, November 14The Social Welfare Society presented a play, ‘To Gandhi Ji with Spelling Mistakes’ in Hindi and English on day two of the CSNA Children Theatre Fest at Tagore Theatre here today. Based on an English short story, ‘Letter From a Child To Mahtama Gandhi’ , by noted film maker Khwaja Ahmad Abbas, the play was directed by Hemank Soni. It revolves around five boys writing a letter in English to Gandhi Ji soon after the latter’s death. The play highlighted the significance of Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of non-violence.
