Tribune News Service Panchkula January 29 The district recorded the second lowest turnout for Covid vaccination at 33 per cent on Friday. At 10.7 per cent the lowest vaccination turnout was recorded on January 18. As many as 376 healthcare workers took the first jab against the target of 1140 the Health Department said. Despite vaccination being held at 13 session sites the coverage rate stood at 33 per cent – far lowest than first days coverage of 94.7 per cent. The vaccination drive is being held at Civil Dispensary Sector 7 National Health Mission (NHM) office Civil Hospital Sub-Divisional Hospital Kalka Primary Health Centre (PHC) Morni PHC Nanakpur PHC Pinjore PHC Surajpur PHC Old Panchkula Community Health Centre (CHC) Raipur Rani PHC Barwala PHC Hangola and PHC Kot. At least 3298 healthcare staff had received the first jab so far. The vaccine achievement rate stands at 55.2 per cent.
