Chandigarh January 30 A 29-year-old Nayagaon resident was found dead in Sector 8 here today. His body was hanging from a mobile phone tower on the roof of a building housing a private institute. The victim has been identified as Kapil who worked as a peon at the institute on Madhya Marg. Kapil who was married did not return home on Friday evening following which his family started looking for him. A missing person report was registered at the Sector 3 police station. The victims family members reached his office this morning and found his body hanging from a mobile phone tower on the roof of the institute. The police have sent the body for a post-mortem. The police said they were investigating whether the man committed suicide or he was hanged after murder. — TNS
