Tribune News Service Chandigarh May 8 The police arrested gangster Oznas alias Monty Shah involved in multiple cases of extortion attempt to murder robbery and the Arms Act from the rear side of the ISBT Sector 43 here around 4:30 pm today.The police said Shah an active aide of Lawrence Bishnoi and carrying a reward of Rs50000 on his head was coming by a bus to meet his wife in Burail.
