The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab formally launched its campaign for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections, centered around Chief Minister Bhagwant Manns leadership, with the promise of transforming Punjab. The campaign aimed at secure all 13 Lok Sabha seats — setting the stage for a paradigm shift in Punjabs representation at the national level.   The resonant slogan Sansad Ch Vi Bhagwant Mann, Khushaal Punjab Te Vadhegi Shaan (Bhagwant Mann in Parliament for a prosperous Punjab) encapsulates the essence of AAPs campaign. The slogan not only highlighted Manns pivotal role but also underscored the partys commitment to ushering in a new era of governance and progress for Punjab.   Expressing gratitude for the trust bestowed upon him, Mann acknowledged the significance of the campaigns design. I want to thank Kejriwal that so much confidence is being placed in me. This also means that I will have to shoulder more responsibility now," he declared, promising to secure Punjabs all 13 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. His words resonated with determination, pledging to both Kejriwal and the people of Punjab that AAP would not falter in fulfilling their aspirations.   Mann, in his address, articulated the urgency of securing all 13 seats, framing it as a necessity to exert pressure on the Central Government for the release of pending dues crucial for Punjabs development. I have to fight alone with the Central Government and the Governor. If 13 MPs win, our hands will be strengthened and courage will be increased, Mann asserted, emphasizing the collective responsibility of AAP to advocate for Punjabs interests.   Taking a swipe at the BJP-led Central Government, Mann claimed, The BJP knows that it cannot win in Punjab, so they hate Punjab. They do not want Punjab to progress and try to harass us through the Governor. He accused the Central Government of withholding funds, including Rs 5,500 crore in RDF, vital for Mandi maintenance and road development.   Mann, further targeting former Chief Minister and now BJP leader Capt Amarinder Singh, criticized the misuse of funds meant for the Rural Development Fee. He held Capt Amarinder responsible for diverting funds and emphasized the need to fight for Punjabs rightful share.   On the issue of the Punjab tableau being rejected, Mann highlighted the Central Governments bias against the state, stating, If they have their way, they would delete Punjabs name from the national anthem. That is why we need you to give us 13 seats. They will not dare to reject our tableau.   Kejriwal, in his address, acknowledged the extraordinary support AAP received in the 2022 assembly elections, securing a historic mandate. The people of Punjab are our mai-baap. They have given us so much. We need them more. We need 13 seats. But we do not want these seats for Mann sahab, Ministers, or us. We want these for you, for the State, he proclaimed.   Delhi Chief Minister touched upon AAPs transformative governance in Punjab, highlighting achievements such as free electricity, job creation, and healthcare reforms. He urged the voters to rally behind AAPs vision for a prosperous Punjab and emphasized the significance of securing all 13 Lok Sabha seats.   I request you with folded hands to give us votes. Desh vich Punjab banega hero, Iss baar 13-0, Kejriwal passionately appealed, envisioning AAPs potential to shape Punjabs destiny.
