Perambalur Dindigul Tenkasi Ramanathapuram on top in Covid control News Today

Chennai: Considered as rural and backward districts the likes of Ariyalur Perambalur Dindigul Tenkasi and Ramanathapuram are showing the way to the rest of Tamilnadu in controlling Covid-19 spread.
On Thursday the lowest number of infections were recorded in Perambalur where two persons were found to be infected.
Tenkasi saw five new cases; Dindigul six cases; and Ramanathapuram recorded seven additional cases.
While Chennai reported 471 cases its neighbouring districts of Chengalpattu Kancheepuram and Tiruvallur reported 119 98 and 138 cases respectively.
In the meantime Molecular Laboratory at The Childs Trust Medical Research Foundation in Chennai has been approved for Covid-19 testing recently.
