Chennai: Prashant Kishor Mamata Banerjees election strategist has purportedly said in a public chat on Club House a social media platform that Trinamool Congresss internal surveys show BJP is winning the West Bengal elections. Prashant Kishor has admitted that even their internal surveys show the BJP will win the fiercely fought West Bengal elections BJP information and technology cell head Amit Malviya said today. He tweeted four audio clips of what he said was parts of a conversation between Kishor and a group of journalists on Clubhouse app. Quoting Kishor Malviya pointed out that Prime Minister Narendra Modis appeal anti-incumbency against the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) Muslim appeasement of political parties in Bengal over the years and the Dalit vote would likely work favour of the BJP. Kishor who quickly reacted accused the BJP of distorted use of parts of the conversation and asked the party to release the full conversation. “I am glad that the BJP is taking my chat more seriously than words of its own leaders. Only selective parts of my entire conversation have been used. I urge them to release the full clipping so that things become clear” he said.
