Remdesivir to be sold across TN Health Minister News Today

Chennai: Health Minister M Subramanian today said that Remdesivir will be sold in Madurai Coimbatore Salem Tirunelveli and Trichy districts. Speaking to mediapersons after reviewing Covid measures at the Government Stanley hospital in Chennai today Subramanian said “The super specialty building at Stanley hospital will be converted into a corona ward with 500 beds.”He further said measures are being taken to set up 12500 beds with oxygen facilities in Tamilnadu before 15 May. “At present more than 1500 patients affected by corona are being treated at the Stanley hospital. People are safe here and all measures are taken to treat them” he added.
