When Saravanakumar refused, Murugan took out a scissor and stabbed him on his chest and abdomen, killing him on the spot. Polie said, V Murugan, 26, and his younger brother V Jaikumar, 24, from Seelakampatti village, approached Saravanakumar seeking money to buy liquor. Both of them were lodged at the Coimbatore Central Prison under judicial custody. Coimbatore: A 37-year-old sanitary worker was stabbed to death by his neighbours after he refused to give them money to buy liquor at Seelakampatti on the outskirts of the city on Sunday evening.The deceased was identified as K Saravanakumar, of Madurai Veeran Temple Street at Pollachi.
