- | Sunday | 23rd September, 2018
At this stage, the Corporation could not say it was unauthorised construction, the Association has said. And based on that withdrawal, the LPA too cancelled its planning permission the next day. The promoter had constructed 107 houses and all its members had bought the houses. Shruthi Enclave Welfare Association has responded to the notice sent by the Coimbatore Corporation to its members asking them to stop construction of buildings and respond to its notice, failing which the civic body warned of demolishing the unauthorised constructions. And, with the Court permission, the Association had also impleaded the builder as a party.
