PM Narendra Modi who is on his visit to Kedarnath and Badrinath Temple thanked the Election Commission of India for allowing him to visit Kedarnath shrine in the midst of Model Code of Conduct in place.

While speaking with reporters PM Modi said that he did not ask anything from God as it is not his nature and added "God has given us the capacity to give and not demand."

The Prime Minister`s two-day visit to the Kedarnath and Badrinath shrines in Uttarakhand was cleared by Election commission with the reminder that model code of conduct is in place.
PM Modi said may the almighty bless not only India but the whole humankind with happiness, prosperity and welfare.
"It has been my privilege and honor to have the opportunity to visit these shrines, these seats of spiritual enlightenment repeatedly," he told reporters.
Earlier PM Modi`s picture of meditating in the cave was widely shared on social media on Saturday. Before talking to media this morning PM was seen raising his hand and urging the crowd to chant "Har Har Mahadev"
"There was no communication, only a small window through which I could see the temple," he said about his meditation in the cave that had power, an attached toilet, a telephone, and a CCTV according to news agency IANS.
