International Yoga Day: PM Address Nation, Know Poses that helps fight Covid19

World Contributed to an ancient Indian Practice for Yoga, celebrating International Yoga Day. 

In the days of sadness and life-threatening, Yoga stays as a `Ligh of Hope`, Says PM Narendra Modi while addressing the Nation on the occasion of International Yoga Day. The worst day is seen and heard and one thing about which all are very clear is the Inner Strength needs to be strong and Yoga plays a vital role here. 

PM Narendra Modi while addressing the nation on the 7th International Yoga Day programme, he poured some light in collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO), India has taken another important step and now the world is going to get the power of the M-Yoga application, which will have many videos of yoga training based on Common Yoga Protocol available in different languages of the world, moving towards ‘One World, One Health’ motto successful. 

PM Modi noted that medical science focuses as much on “healing” as on treatment, and said yoga plays a role in healing.

Some Yoga Poses to Fight Covid19:

Breathing exercise helps to keep the body fit and increase the oxygen level, do 15 pranayamas including Anulom Antonym, Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, Sheetali, Sheetkari, Nadi Shuddhi. By doing these breathing exercises daily, one can keep every part of the body fit along with the lungs, heart.

5 Yoga asanas that can help regulate blood sugar:


On the very occasion, India`s President, Ram Nath Kovind tweeted his Yoga Workout, quoting "Our ancient seers’ vision of bringing mind-body together to achieve holistic health and happiness has benefited millions over millennia". 

New York`s Times Square was seen with a Yoga set-up where people come up in spending an hour for themselves.
