When a person regained consciousness, he found himself surrounded by men and women. These people used to scare her by pressurizing her that she had done wrong thing with a woman and taking advantage of this fear, lakhs of rupees were collected from that person.

1 lakh 78 thousand 400 rupees have been recovered from this gang. Along with this, 3 file covers of Delhi Police, red beacon and one air gun have been recovered. Apart from this, 2 diaries in which the resignation of 34 people have been written. Which means 34 more people have been victims of sextortion by this gang.

Dwarka district DCP Shankar Chaudhary said that on September 23, a timber dealer complained to the Dabri police station and informed that a sextortion gang had recovered more than one and a half lakh rupees from him. The businessman told the police that on September 22, a girl named Pooja called from near Mata Chanan Devi Hospital and said that she has to get her house changed. That`s why she wants to show her home. After a while the girl came to the businessman and took him with her.

In the house where the businessman was taken, he was first given water. The businessman fainted as soon as he drank the water and then when he regained consciousness, he was naked. Some men and some women were standing around him. Together they all started cursing the businessman and said that he had done wrong thing with a girl, raped her. The businessman was intimidated. After which cash was recovered from him.

The businessman quietly went to his house and told everything to the family. After which he complained to the police. The police started the investigation by registering an FIR.

DCP Shankar Chaudhary said that due to the seriousness of the matter, its investigation was started and 5 people of this gang were arrested. The leader of this gang is a woman named Sonu Suri. Apart from this, the other accused who have been arrested are Revathi Devi and her husband Vaibhav, Sheetal and Harvinder Singh (60).

DCP Shankar Chaudhary told that this gang used to trap people in their trap through Tinder app. The name of the member of this gang is Shivani. She collects people`s data from the Tinder app and then identifies such people, whom she can entrap in her trap. After this their phone numbers would be taken and then the work of trapping them in their trap would start.

Each member of the gang was assigned a different task. The arrested accused Sheetal used to work to trap people in the honey trap. She used to implicate people by talking on the phone.

People were brought to Revathi`s house. Where they got intoxicants, water or some other substance was given to them. When a person fainted, he was made naked. When he regained consciousness, the gang members used to beat him up and then threatened him that he had done wrong with the girl. He was threatened with arrest in the rape case. After this, Harvinder Singh would come forward as a judge and sometimes as a legal advisor.

At the same time, two other members of this gang, Vaibhav and Mukesh, used to appear as witnesses. Together, they would have controlled the person trapped in the trap so much that he wanted to run away by paying a hefty amount silently. This gang also knew that due to the allegation of rape, no one will go in front of the police or tell anyone else.

DCP Shankar Chaudhary said that the mastermind of this gang, Soni Suri, was arrested in the case of rape in 2013. He has also been punished. While in jail, he formed a gang of his own and then came out and started this business. He has also registered 2 NGOs. In the guise of an NGO, she was running this gorakh business. She used to play the role of counselor.
