One day everyones truth will come out in front of the world. The video shows the Maliwal in an argument with several security staff in Arvind Kejriwals residence. She was asked to leave, but Maliwal vehemently protested, asking them to wait for the police to come first. Once, she could be heard using the term  ganja (bald), which led to the security personnel asking her to not talk in such a manner. In the beginning of the 52 seconds video, she said, I will not, I will not. I will do it. I will tell everyone about this. Thereafter, she said that she will speak to the senior police officers right there and wont leave till then. The security personnel replied in Hindi, Fine, but for now you leave. No, whatever will need to happen, will happen here now. You do whatever you want to do. And I will take away your job too if you touch me, Maliwal is heard saying in the video. The security staff replied stating that they are humbly requesting her to leave the house. I have dialled up 112. Let the police come, then I will talk, Swati Maliwal said. The staff said, But they (the police) wont come inside, right? We are only requesting. You are a well-educated person. We wont be throwing you out.  Maliwal said that the police will come inside the residence. Maliwal is also heard saying, Yeh ganja sala. (This bald person), which enraged the security staff standing there, who asked her not to use such a language. In an FIR registered in the case on Thursday, Maliwal said, Then when he realized that l had called the 112 number he went out of the room. Again, Bibhav came back with the security personnel working at the main gate of the CM camp offices. They came and asked me to leave at the behest of Bibhav. I kept telling them that I was brutally beaten up and they should look at my condition and wait until the PCR police come. However, they asked me to leave the premises. I was taken outside the CM residence and I sat briefly on the floor outside his house as I was in deep pain. The FIR states that she eventually managed to free herself and called the police. Maliwal claimed Bibhav Kumar threatened her, saying he shall see to it and he would bury her.
