On January 31, a man named Ishaq Ahmad informed Ghaziabad chief judicial magistrate he was the one driving the Audi, got bail and disappeared. BAREILLY: A year and eight months after the Audi accident which claimed four lives in Ghaziabad's Indirapuram, Ishaq Ahmad, the man who says he was falsely implicated in the case, has got an FIR filed in Rampur against four persons, including the Delhi-based neurosurgeon who owns the Audi. Speaking to TOI , Ishaq said, "I received summons from a court on July 17, 2018 and came to know that my driving licence was again misused in another accident case in Rampur on January 3, 2017. tnn The four have been booked under charges of cheating and forgery.Ahmad, a truck driver living in Bareilly , had claimed an imposter had used his driving licence to falsely claim in a Ghaziabad court that it was Ahmad who was behind the wheels of the SUV.On January 27, 2017, neurosurgeon Manish Rawat's Audi Q7 had rammed an autorickshaw on Hindon Canal Road in Indirapuram, killing all four occupants of the auto.
