Tension in Ghaziabad village, 4 boys detained

Ghaziabad: Four boys aged between 8 and 12 years were detained and sent to an observation home for “desecrating an idol” kept at a place of worship on Friday evening.Tension prevailed in the village after over 300 villagers gheraoed the local police station on Thursday night and demanded the arrest of the minors. A large number of police personnel were deployed in the area to maintain law and order.
