Congress named Randeep Surjewala out of nervousness, says Dushyant Chautala

As DHBVN superintendent engineer Rajneesh Garg was on leave, his Fatehabad counterpart, Rajendra Sabharwal, who took additional charge, presented the report. “The people of Jind have been complaining against the BJP, and will neither take it nor the Congress seriously this time,” he said.He said the BJP had done nothing for the people of Haryana , except for make cows a political issue. “But the fact is that even the welfare of cows has deteriorated under the BJP’s rule,” he said.Chautala also held a meeting with officials at the office of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN). HISAR: Hisar MP Dushyant Chautala said on Monday that the Congress fielded its senior leader Randeep Surjewala, the serving MLA from Kaithal, for the Jind assembly bypoll out of nervousness.Dushyant, who was visiting gaushalas (cow shelters) in Jind as part of campaigning for his brother Digvijay, said there was no other for the party to field a serving MLA from the seat.The MP from Hisar, who recently formed the Jannayak Janata Part, went on to take on the BJP, saying that it did not carry out any development work in Jind, “just like the Congress”.
