Kurukshetra: 3 booked for killing pet dog

KURUKSHETRA: The Ismailabad police have registered a case against three persons for allegedly killing a pet dog by feeding it a poisonous substance.The owner of the dog alleged that the accused intentionally poisoned his pet which had recently given birth to five puppies.Dilbag Singh of Chajjupur village, in his complaint, alleged, "On Monday night, my pet dog went outside the home and was killed after being fed some poisonous substance by Gurmel Singh, Jeeta Ram, Bakshish Singh. of any value or any animal of the value of fifty rupees) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered against three identified accused. Further action as per law would be taken on the basis of the report from the lab, so far, no arrests have been made.” The post-mortem has been conducted and the viscera are sent to Madhuban lab for forensic examination. "Dilbad alleged that though the accused have confessed to their crime, they are pressurising me to reach a compromise through panchayat.“After receiving the information, a case under section 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) and 429 (mischief by killing or maiming cattle, animal etc.
