CHANDIGARH/AMBALA: The impact of Congress high command's dressings down to its warring leaders in Haryana was evident during a meeting chaired by former Union minister Selja at her residence in Ambala on Sunday, as leaders of nearly all factions attended the gathering.Former deputy CM Chandermohan, the elder brother of Kuldeep Bishnoi, who has been incommunicado of late, was present and so were former Haryana Congress president Phool Chand Mulana, former minister Nirmal Singh, ex-chief parliamentary secretary Ram Kishan Gujjar and party leader Himmat Singh.Selja had convened the gathering to discuss plans for the party's Parivartan Bus Yatra, a five-day bus tour of Haryana which will have leaders of all factions and will start on Tuesday. The yatra will reach Ambala on March 29. All those who attended the meeting assured Selja of a good turnout of workers and locals.Bishnoi is one of the warring leaders, but Chandermohan's presence laid to rest, to some extent, talk of the family leaving Congress. Mulana and Nirmal Singh are loyalists of ex-CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda , who is a rival of Selja. Himmat Singh is a loyalist of Haryana Congress president Ashok Tanwar , a party rival of Hooda, and Gurjar is Selja's associate.National Commission for Backward Classes former member Ashok Saini was present too. "As election schedule has been announced, we are prepared to accept any challenge.
