The accused said he took out the woman’s mobile number from a WhatsApp group and then he started sending her photos and videos. Gurgaon: A 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sending obscene photos and videos on WhatsApp to a woman living in DLF 4 An FIR has been registered at women’s police station, Sector 51. Police have recovered the mobile phone of accused and produced him in court on Friday. He was sent to judicial custody.According to the complaint filed by the woman on Thursday, a man had been sexually harassing her over phone by sending objectionable photos and videos and even voice messages.Acting on the complaint, an FIR was registered against the accused under Section 354 A (sexual harassment) of IPC at women’s police station on Thursday, wherein with the help of his mobile number the police nabbed him.The accused has been identified as Saddam, a resident of Kot village in UP’s Bijnor. Police spokesperson Subhash Boken said the accused works in a private firm.In another case, a woman, who works as an operator in an event company, filed a complaint in Sector 29 police station on Thursday, claiming she was not only thrashed but also molested by two former executives and manager of her company.She said in her complaint that the incident took place in the premises of Essel tower on February 23 morning around 5.30am.As per the complaint, an FIR has been registered against Vivek and Bhardwaj under sections 354 (molestation), 323 (causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC at sector 29 police station.
