Police announce routes for Ramzan processions

Vehicles coming to Desai Cross from Cotton Market will be diverted towards Navalgund Road. Temporary bus stop will be made in front of IT Park for government buses and private vehicles.Vehicles coming from Navalgund and Pinto Circle heading towards Hosur Circle should come via IT Park and Cotton Market. No vehicle will be allowed from Desai Circle to Pinto Point.Vehicles coming from Bengaluru and Karwar Road will be diverted towards Navalgund Road or Gadag Road via M T Mill, Vani Vilas Cross, Hosur Cross, Dharwad road or KTC Cross. All vehicles will be shown alternative ways on the day of the festival. They can enter the city from Tarihal Interchange via Bypass.

Hubballi: Police have specified routes to go towards Idgah Maidan at Rani Chennamma Circle on the occasion of Ramzan on June 16 and will divert vehicles on some routes for smooth movement of traffic.Hubballi-Dharwad police commissioner M N Nagaraj stated in a release that the roads which should be taken to reach Idgah Maidan are Station Road, Radha Krishna Galli, Shah Bazaar, New Durgada Bail via Bhandiwad Base Masjid, Broadway, Lamington Road, Koppikar Road from Shivaji Chowk to Chitguppa Circle, Pendar Galli, Kalammana Agasi, Mulla Oni, Dakappa Circle, Kaulpet, PB Road, Chatni Mutt Cross to MT Mill on Karwar Road, Keshwapur Circle, Desai Circle, K H Patil Road, Underbridge Ambedkar Circle and Dakappa Circle.The roads which should not be taken are Myadar Oni Tulaja Bhavani Temple towards Dajiban Pet, Moorusavir Mutt-Anchatageri Oni from Kalammana Agasi via Mahavir Galli, Padma Talkies Road, Gauli Galli, Channapet Main Road towards Chatni Mutt and Kamaripet Jai Bharat Circle.Traffic diversionsVehicles coming from Gadag and railway station should arrive at Hosur Cross via K H Patil Road, DRM Cross, Desai Cross, Cotton Market, Lakshmi Weigh Bridge Shanbhag and IT Park. Temporary bus stop will be made in front of IT Park for government buses and private vehicles.Vehicles coming from Navalgund and Pinto Circle heading towards Hosur Circle should come via IT Park and Cotton Market. Vehicles coming to Desai Cross from Cotton Market will be diverted towards Navalgund Road. No vehicle will be allowed from Desai Circle to Pinto Point.Vehicles coming from Bengaluru and Karwar Road will be diverted towards Navalgund Road or Gadag Road via M T Mill, Vani Vilas Cross, Hosur Cross, Dharwad road or KTC Cross. Vehicles coming from Desai Cross will not be allowed towards KC Circle but will be diverted towards Hosur Circle, Vani Vilas from where they will be allowed to go towards Karwar Road and Bengaluru Road via Gokul Road or M T Mill.Vehicles coming from Bengaluru and Kalaghatagi will not be allowed towards Indi Pump. They can enter the city from Tarihal Interchange via Bypass. All vehicles will be shown alternative ways on the day of the festival.
