Burglars flee with jewellery worth Rs 4 lakh

BELAGAVI: Burglars broke open a locked house in Sadashiv Nagar area in the wee hours of Friday and made away with cash and jewellery worth Rs four lakh. On Friday morning, neighbours noticed that the lock on the main door of Ashwini's house was broken. A case has been registered at APMC police station. Ashwini Vishwanath Amashi left for Dubai on January 17 to meet her husband. Police was informed and they arrived with a dog squad and forensic experts.
