Police registers case against BJP MLA Raja Singh

Hyderabad: Sultan Bazar Police registered a case against BJP MLA representing Goshamahal Assembly Constituency, Mr. Raja Singh for violating police orders by using DJ and creating noise pollution on the occasion of Ram Navami procession. Police reacted on its own and Mr. G. Madhav Reddy, SI of Sultan Bazar Police registered a case against Raja Singh and his supporters. It may be mentioned that Raja Singh had permission from police for taking out Ram Navami Shobha Yatra from Sitarambagh on 14th April. Another case was also registered against Dr. Bhagwant Rao, President of Ram Navami Utsav Committee who is also BJP candidate for Hyderabad Parliamentary Constituency. Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) had given him conditional permission for taking out a procession with a restriction on the use of DJ but Raja Singh violated it and created noise pollution in Sultan Bazar area when the procession reached there.
