Karnataka Elephant takes part in Giarveeh rally in Hyderabad

A+ A-Hyderabad: The annual procession of Giarveeh Shareef of Hazrath Syedna Ghouse-e-Azam Datagir which was delayed till months due to no elephant for the rally this year, on Wednesday the Giarveeh Shareef procession was celebrated at a grand scale by availing the service of elephant ‘Sudha’ from Karnataka. Around Rs 3 lakhs by Hazrath Ghouse-e-Azam Welfare Society was spent this year Giarveeh, where more than 10,000 Sunni Muslims participated. This has not only impacted the Giarveeh Shareef, but also other important processions of Bibi-ka-Alam and even the Bonalu festive. We also demand that the government should provide an elephant as well as a good amount of funds for Giarveeh festival, Moosa Khan demands.
