IMPHAL: Manipur governor Najma Heptulla and her entire Imphal Raj Bhawan staff on Friday donated one day's salary to the Chief Minister 's Relief Fund (CMRF) to aid families affected by the devastating floods triggered in the last fortnight across the state.Chief minister N Biren Singh personally visited the Raj Bhavan and received the amount from the governor in the morning. The governor said the donation amount contributed by her and the Raj Bhavan staff is small but the gesture behind it is important as they wish to convey to the people of the state that they are with them at this time of crisis.
