MP: Indore bench of high court orders probe against judge

The high court allowed the petition on August 17, 2015 and ordered to transfer the case to JMFC Indore. INDORE: The Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh high court has directed Ujjain district and sessions judge to conduct an inquiry against all people including a judge, who passed an order in a case even after it was transferred from Ujjain to Indore.The case relates to a dispute between Bhanushali Housing Cooperative Society and state government. The case was registered at Ujjain and it was being heard before the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class.Justice JK Maheshwari has directed the judge to complete the inquiry within three months and submit the report before the high court registry office.The housing society had sought for transfer of the case from Ujjain to Indore.
