Cops seek 30 days to conclude Twinkle Dagre case

A 22-year-old Congress worker Twinkle Dagre had gone missing on October 16, 2016. While most the reliefs in the petition have been granted, the remains of the deceased girl Twinkle Dagre are yet to be recovered by the police. She had allegedly left her house to bring some breakfast from the nearby market and did not return after that. INDORE: The police department on Tuesday submitted status report before high court in Twinkle Dagre’s habeas corpus petition and sought 30 days to conclude investigation into the matter.The habeas corpus petition filed by Sanjay Dagre , Twinkle’s father was heard on Tuesday by Justice SC Sharma who listed the case for hearing in March last week.The police in their status report have submitted that they had registered a ‘marg’ in the matter on January 12, 2019 and on further investigation, five accused including Jagdish Karotiya, his sons Ajay, Vijay and Vinay and Nilesh Kashyap were arrested.The police also submitted that sections of murder and other offences have also been added in the case and the accused are in custody and investigation is underway by SIT.The status report has been signed by CSP Pardeshipura Harish Motwani.
