"Industry experts claim the norm related to online waybills will discourage small and medium scale industrialists who lack infrastructure and workforce to comply by the rule.Ahilya Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the apex body of trade and industry associations and represents 85 associations of Indore including those of cloth market, gems and jewellery, chemists, iron and steel, tea, kirana, electrical and electronics.Industry participants said the proposed e-waybills for transactions and reversing entries when goods come back will be a nightmare.Sureka said, "Many shops have their godowns/warehouses located away from their selling premises.
