Civilian held for entering Air Force base released

Jaipur: Dharmesh, a civilian who was detained by Air Force personnel and Jaisalmer police for unauthorised presence in a restricted area was released on Wednesday after two days of joint interrogation by the security agencies. Neither we found anything suspicious on his motives, nor did he say anything which made us probe further,” said police. According to the officials, Dharmesh who is from Gujarat landed up in the vicinity of the Air Force station, Jaisalmer by mistake and they have notified his family as well as are making arrangements for his travel back home.“After interrogating him for two days, we realised he had made a genuine mistake and had not realised that he was in a restricted area without permission.
