JAIPUR: Gujjar leader Himmat Singh who has parted ways with Gujjar Aarakshan Sangarh Samiti on Thursday accused Kirori Singh Bainsla of bargaining with the state government for vested interests.He said that Gujjars always wanted OBC reservation in the category of 21% than the reservation that crosses 50% limit and gets stuck in legal tangle.Singh questioned why Bainsla was talking to bureaucrat Neeraj K Pawan in a vehicle parked near Dharna spot. “We have been demanding reservation through creating a separate category in the OBC in 21%. It should be raised from 21% to 26%. However, what the state government has brought through bill will certainly exceed the limit of 50%,” he added.“He has claimed that whatever would be discussed would be in front of the agitating Gujjars. Bainsla must clarify if he is bargaining from the government and is seeking some benefits out of the agitation. I suspect he is getting into some under the table deal with the government,” Singh said while talking to TOI.“I am sure Bainsla after fulfilling his personal demand will get up and announce withdrawal of Dharna on Friday,” he further added.
