JAMMU: A 14-year-old girl student was allegedly kidnapped and raped by two persons in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said on Wednesday. While one of the accused has been arrested, hunt was on to nab the other one.The girl was returning home when two persons, identified as Azhar and Rafeeq , allegedly kidnapped her and then raped her, as per the official reports.
