Faisal, a former bureaucrat who resigned from the Indian Administrative Service and entered politics, has removed the designation of the chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir People`s Movement, written in his Twitter introduction on Sunday.

This has led to speculation about his return to administrative service once again. The party was formed after Shah resigned from administrative service. However, he has not released any official statement explaining the reason for the removal of the post.

In the year 2010, Shah Faisal topped UPSC exam. After joining Civis Service in 2019, he decided to resign and enter the political arena and formed a Politics Tanjim called Jammu & Kashmir People`s Movement.

Thereafter, PSA action was taken on 15 February 2020. He was relieved of the PSA two months ago on 3 June 2020. After this, he had expressed his wish that he can return to the job. Sunday`s events are being linked to his statement.
