Jodhpur: The Rajasthan High Court issued a notice to the state government on Tuesday, seeking a response regarding the rationale, proportionality, and legality of issuing guarantee cards as part of the second phase of the Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme.The matter is scheduled for further hearing on October 5.
