Kochi: Meet honours Fr Paul Thelakkat

KOCHI: City honoured Catholic priest and writer Fr Paul Thelakkat on his 70th birthday, with an event 'Satvikam 19' at Ernakulam Town Hall on Saturday evening. Fr Thelakkat is a person who lives as a free soul and dreams for an ideal world. "A person's conviction on freedom gets complete when he thinks that others should also be free. He has exceptional analytical abilities," said Sanoo. A seminar, 'Truth of Christ in contemporary Malayalam ' was also held as part of the birthday celebration of the priest, who has been a known presence in the cultural and political spheres of the city.Writer M K Sanoo inaugurated the function, which was presided over by apostolic administrator of Ernakulam Angamaly archdiocese Jacob Manathodath.
