The Kolhapur division has maintained their record of number 2 position, among nine divisions, in terms of result for the past few years. Kolhapur: The Kolhapur division of Maharashtra state board of secondary and higher secondary education (MSBSHSE) has set up a helpline for students of Class 10 and 12 for the upcoming board examination.The helpline started functioning from Wednesday across Sangli, Satara and Kolhapur districts. Class 10 exam will begin from March 1 across the state.“At present, the oral and practical examinations are underway. A board official said the Class 12 exam is going to commence from February 21. “One can call 0231-2696101, 2696102, 2696103 numbers of the divisional board office during office hours,” the official said.This year from Kolhapur division, around 1.21 lakh students are going to appear for the HSC exam, while for SSC the figure is around 1.40 lakh.

To attend to the queries of the students, we have started a helpline,” he said, adding that not only students, but even parents can avail the facility from 9am to 7pm every day.“For Kolhapur district Bhimgonda Patil, for Sangli district Surekha Mane, and for Satara district Shantinath Mallade have been given the responsibility of counselling the students and parents,” he added.In addition to this, students can also call the divisional office for resolution of any kind of query associated with the exam. “One can call 0231-2696101, 2696102, 2696103 numbers of the divisional board office during office hours,” the official said.This year from Kolhapur division, around 1.21 lakh students are going to appear for the HSC exam, while for SSC the figure is around 1.40 lakh.
