Those employing migrant labourers have been asked to look into the health condition of the workers. The Kozhikode Municipal Corporation has asked restaurants, fruit stalls and other eateries in Kozhikode city not to keep stale food and rotten fruits in view of the Nipah virus infection reported from some parts of the district. Utensils used to serve food should be sterilised in boiling water.
