The petitioner had said that she had been allotted Ashrayheen Bhawan No. S-1/501, Sector-H, Vasant Kunj Yojana on Hardoi Road but has yet not been given possession.The court observed, "Though LDA had already taken a decision to get all illegal occupants removed, due to lack of appropriate and adequate administrative and police support, illegal occupants are still in possession. "Expressing concern, the court said, "The facts of this case present a very sorry state of affairs for the reason that though the petitioner was allotted a house under a scheme of Ashrayheen Bhawan, she is not able to get possession." LUCKNOW: A Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court has directed the DM and SSP to remove all illegal occupants from LDA's Vasant Kunj Yojana and ensure possession of the Ashrayheen Houses to the original allottees.The court listed the matter for next hearing on July 17 and asked the government counsel to apprise court of the action taken by authorities.A bench of justice D K Upadhyay and justice R N Pandey passed the order on the petition of one Pushpa Devi.
