Shikhar also alleges that inspector Subodh Kumar was a corrupt official and orchestrated attack on gau matas. He further claimed that Subodh Kumar also threatened him to shoot and did not want to register FIR. In the video, Sikhar said that the slain inspector wanted to bury cow carcasses that were transported to Chingrawati checkpost. In the video, he also said that he was being targeted for supporting a party which believes in the well being of cow, Ganga and Gayatri.
