LUCKNOW: A case was registered against five youths who allgedly assaulted a class IX student and forced him to lick slippers in Jankipuram area in Lucknow.The accused also made a video of the act in which they can be heard threatening to sexually assault the mother of the student.The police said that preliminary investigations have revealed that the student and the accused were known to each other and the latter were also his seniors at school two years back. All of the five accused are students of Class XI studying in another school in the city.Aliganj circle officer Deepak Kumar Singh said that the accused had once borrowed Rs 500 from the victim sometime back.Later, whenever the victim used to ask for the same he was bullied and also threatened.“On December 2, the victim was returning home after attending coaching classes when the accused intercepted him and also asked him to give for Rs 5000. But the victim first demanded Rs 500. An argument ensued between them and later the accused not only thrashed him, but also made him lick slippers and finally bundled him inside their car and dumped him near Bitahuli,” said Singh.A case was registered under the charges of wrongful confinement, threatening, robbery, defamation and causing hurt against the five accused.
